Thanks for stopping by my corner of the internet. I’m Carrie, a Product and Business Consultant passionate about helping organisations create ethical, human-centered products and services that make a real difference.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, business, and people, leading projects, shaping products, and building solutions that deliver impact. My background in Psychology and Sociology has always fueled my curiosity about what drives people and how we can design systems that work for them, not against them.

These days, I run Keep Good Company, a consultancy focused on supporting businesses, charities, and community organisations to design with integrity, keeping people and planet front and center. Whether it’s bringing clarity to a new idea, managing complex projects, or helping teams work better together, I love turning good intentions into actionable, sustainable strategies.

I’m also a proud Board Member of The Sister Project, a community-led organisation supporting migrant women to thrive, work that reflects my commitment to social impact and inclusive change.

Outside of work, life is all about simple pleasures, ocean swims, Perth’s stunning outdoors, and slow weekends with my two boys. You might also find me on a yoga mat or hunting down the best coffee in town.
